!! foetus blew up my boombox !!

life is grooving along nicely. its thursday and the house is due for its 7 day scrub down. what better soundtrack than the NEW FOETUS EP (not adam), i drop the silver disc into the boombox upstairs to soundtrack the grime removal from the bathroom. the sounds start .. yup .. it's classy FOETUS noise, strings, anger, growls, twang guitars. hurrah. The Man Is Back. then silence, i rush to the machine and twiddle with cable, check the fuse .. nope. dead as a dodo. great. the cd is great - (checked it on the backup system downstairs), but, Jim you owe me a boombox. i look forward to hearing from you. lots of love mark e ireallylovemusic

it's good to be back

hell.o. been a while. decided it was time to take time out from the sphere of noise/beats and songs oh ok, i went on holiday. it was ace. upon my return i find a whole pile of excellence blocking my entrance to ireallylovemusic hq which i shall have to get into this week, however i can point you to one of the highlights, akira the don has dropped a new mixtape (ATD 7!) onto his ever excellent site, and even if you dont like his style (!!!!) then you just have to hear the sage francis vs the verve mash. wow. go grab this and pretend you knew all about his stuff before Interscope really start the promotional machine later on ..
